Ronan once told me something I’ll never forget. On a blustery Wednesday evening, as we designed this website, he said, “never take the trivial things too lightly” It is his eye for every single detail that makes Ronan an invaluable member of the IKE team. No detail is too trivial in pursuit of the best customer experience in our industry. He listens closely and asks the hard questions to help himself and everyone around him think a level deeper.

Over the years, his ability to design and deliver a great customer experience has led him to work with some of the most successful companies in the world. At Dell, one of the world’s largest computer technology companies, Ronan worked to launch notable web and social initiatives such as Dell Executive Suite Concierge, Dell Efficient Enterprise, ITEN desktop and mobile information aggregation site and the Dell OEM site and social experience. Next, he worked with Ford Motor Company and then subsequently at Southwest Airlines where he led strategic design and development efforts resulting in the #1 corporate blog in the U.S.

Later, while founding and leading one of the most renowned brand and digital consultancies in North America –  RD2, Ronan led the design and user experience strategy for the roll-out of Air New Zealand’s mobile travel application, then worked with Emirates Team New Zealand where he worked with Grant Dalton to deploy a community website to grow the brand leading to the San Francisco America’s Cup campaign.

In 2018, Ronan joined IKE. Since then, he has helped build our brand and customer experience each and every day. There is still more work to do, but he approaches each day with energy and passion, working through the detail looking for what can benefit our customers most. He searches day and night. Often, he finds himself thinking deeply as he continues to chase a passion for road cycling that began with a competitive career in his youth. On grueling rides in the heat of Dallas, Texas, where he lives with his family, ideas seem to flow like water; always geared towards making IKE’s customer experience, brand, and culture something to be envied.
