SVP, Structural AnalysisMalcolm is a licensed professional engineer and creator of the PoleForeman structural analysis engineering software. He has 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry which includes working as a power delivery distribution design engineer, line crew supervisor, and standards engineer for Alabama Power.
Grant Glaus, P.E.
NESC Training InstructorGrant is a registered professional electrical engineer with 25 years of experience in electric utility engineering, including line design, planning studies, joint use, and teaching NESC®, OSHA, and distribution line design classes. He has served on NESC® Subcommittee 5, Overhead Lines – Strengths and Loadings since 2006.
