IKE’s CEO and Managing Director leads the company’s overall strategy, performance, and growth efforts. Mr. Milnes joined IKE in 2013, following more than a decade of leadership roles at organizations including International Communications Group, Cable & Wireless International, London, where he oversaw a group of more than 30 fixed and wireless businesses and No. 8 Ventures.

Brett Willitt

SVP Product

Brett has more than 25 years of grid asset management experience and is widely considered one of the leading structural analysis and structure management experts in the US. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.

Chris DeJohn

Senior Vice President Of Sales

Chris brings a wealth of experience in the enterprise, communications, and utility markets, having led teams in the emergence and technology transformation of some of the world’s largest network & utility infrastructures throughout his career. Chris leads IKE’s customer-facing teams in applying our industry-leading technologies to guide customers in navigating this evolution.

Ani Adzhemyan

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Ani Adzhemyan leads IKE's Marketing, Communications and Brand functions. Ani brings 19 years of experience in marketing, focusing on the industrial and energy sectors. Prior to IKE, Ani spearheaded marketing at an industrial automation startup and held a range of marketing roles with technology leaders like IBM, GE, ABB, and Hitachi Energy. Ani has led cross-functional global marketing teams for over seven years, previously working as a marketing leader in various regions: North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Ani drives a culture of innovation combined with data-driven decision-making in marketing.

Carl Almeter

Vice President Utilities

Mr. Almeter is an energy industry veteran with over 30 years of experience helping electric utilities modernize and maintain critical infrastructure through advanced measurement and inspection technologies. He leads a team of professionals on a mission to provide utilities with solutions that support the evolution of our nation’s power grid.

Sara Deere

Systems Engineering Manager

A member of the IKE's Solution Engineering team, Sara has extensive expertise with IKE’s structural analysis software and played a key role in the creation of the software’s integration forms. She holds an MS degree in Biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado.

Blake Collins

Solutions Engineering Manager

Blake joined IKE in 2016, leveraging his expertise in field data and structural analysis to deliver training and technical support enabling electric, communications, and engineering services clients to optimize workflows. As IKE’s Solution Engineering lead, he focuses on onboarding new projects, system integration, and continuous improvement.

Andria Atkinson

Director, Utility Enterprise Solutions

Andria has extensive experience in sales, engineering, and leadership across the energy, manufacturing, and enterprise software industries. She has leveraged her knowledge throughout her career to solve technology and business challenges. She continues this work today as Director of Utility Enterprise Solutions, West for IkeGPS, helping utility customers apply technology to assess and maintain their grid infrastructure.

Lon Cornell

Director, Utility Enterprise Solutions

In his role as the Director of Utility Enterprise Solutions based in Tampa Bay, Florida, Lon applies over 20 years of professional business experience to prioritize customer success. He oversees mid-to-large Strategic Utility Accounts and Engineering Service Providers across the Southeast and South Central United States. Lon is specialized in promoting SaaS and geospatial location-based technologies, including LiDAR, imagery, distribution design, and right-of-way vegetation management programs.
