The PoleOS™ Company
As we close out 2025, the numbers tell a compelling story about the power of efficient field data collection. When we reviewed our IKE Office Pro year-end dashboards, a familiar name stood out among all ikeGPS clients: Luck Grove.
The telecommunications and utility infrastructure company didn’t just use our technology—they maximized it. With a remarkable 220,000+ collections (and counting) throughout 2025, Luck Grove claimed the top spot as our highest-collecting organization. To put that in perspective, that’s approximately 600 collections per day, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to capturing comprehensive utility pole data in the field.
Beyond the overall achievement, Luck Grove also operates the most-used IKE Device in our entire customer base. This single device logged 13,369 collections in 2025, showcasing not just frequency of use, but the reliability and durability our technology provides in demanding field environments.
These aren’t just impressive statistics—they represent real-world efficiency gains. Every collection captured means faster project timelines, more accurate data for engineering teams, and reduced need for costly site revisits. In an industry where precision matters and time equals money, Luck Grove has clearly found their rhythm.
What drives this level of performance? The answer lies in Luck Grove’s strategic approach to integrating technology into their workflows. By optimizing their field-to-back-office processes, they’ve created a seamless pipeline where utility pole data flows effortlessly from collection points to engineering teams.
This streamlined approach eliminates traditional bottlenecks that plague field data collection. Instead of juggling multiple tools, manual measurements, and disconnected systems, Luck Grove’s teams can focus on what matters: gathering accurate, detailed information quickly and moving to the next site.
“This milestone is a credit to our field teams and our partnership with IKE. Our crews execute at a high level every day, and IKE’s platform gives them the reliability and efficiency they need to collect accurate data at scale,” said Vincent Cioci, CEO of Luck Grove.
As we enter 2026, Luck Grove’s achievements set a benchmark for what’s possible with modern data collection technology. Their success demonstrates that when field teams are equipped with the right tools and processes, productivity can soar without sacrificing accuracy or safety.
The combination of reliable technology, optimized workflows, and committed field teams creates a multiplier effect that transforms how quickly projects can move from planning to completion.
Congratulations to Luck Grove for leading the way—we’re excited to see what they’ll accomplish in the year ahead!
