A national engineering firm faced a daunting task: They needed to create thousands of NJUNS tickets in just three weeks. With an immovable year-end deadline looming, they assembled a team of 30 employees to manually populate the tickets. Working against the clock, the firm reached out to IKE for help.
IKE collaborated closely with the firm to process and deliver NJUNS tickets through the IKE Insight Joint-Use Ticket Automation module. Compounding the challenge, the data points required to create and populate the tickets were scattered across nearly 400 spreadsheets, each with inconsistent information and terminology. Leveraging IKE Insight’s natural-language capabilities, they parsed and determined the intent of the data across all spreadsheets.
Despite the condensed timeline, IKE gathered scope requirements, processed, and delivered within days, leaving ample time for the customer to perform a final review and feel confident with the delivery process. The customer was impressed by the untapped capabilities and potential of IKE Insight to transform the NJUNS ticket delivery process across multiple projects and workstreams, highlighting the efficiency and effectiveness of IKE’s solution.
