Kat has spent nearly half of her career in the energy industry, including roles with Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) and GE. She holds a BA in economics and art history from the University of Notre Dame.
Grant Glaus, P.E.
NESC Training Instructor ikeGPSGrant Glaus is a registered professional electrical engineer with more than 27 years of experience in electric utility engineering, including line design, planning studies, joint use, and teaching NESC®, OSHA, and distribution line design classes. He has served on IEEE NESC committees since 2006 and is currently a member of the NESC Main Committee and Subcommittee 5 Overhead Lines–Strength and Loading. Before joining IKE, Grant had 15 years of experience supervising the engineering department at Columbia Rural Electric Association.
Malcolm Young, P.E.
SVP Structural Analysis ikeGPSMalcolm is a licensed professional engineer and creator of the IKE PoleForeman structural analysis engineering software. He has 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry which includes working as a power delivery distribution design engineer, line crew supervisor, and standards engineer for Alabama Power.
