When a pole is located adjacent to a sidewalk and a fire hydrant, what are the NESC clearance requirements when adding a guy and anchor?

If a normal down guy is installed, you will need to maintain at least 9.5 feet of clearance over the sidewalk (NESC Table 232-1 including Footnote 11) and at least 4 feet from the fire hydrant (NESC Rule 231A).
