Users will no longer need to accept an invitation to a second IKE Office department: All users will now only receive an email invitation to ikeGPS when they are a brand new user. This will allow them to set their password. For any additional department invites, users will be added automatically and will see the department within the department selector upon their next visit to IKE Office. There is no longer a need to hunt down that invitation email in order to get access to a department you’ve been added to.

We are rolling out new features to customers who have purchased IKE Office Pro advanced software user seats to enable easier user-seat management. Separate notifications with all pertinent details will be sent to administrators at these companies when the features are provided to them via their ikeGPS account managers.
