This live webinar will increase your knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC®) .

IKE’s in-house NESC expert, Grant Glaus, and structural analysis expert, Malcolm Young, will answer your questions and clear up common confusions and real-world challenges faced by electric utility, communications, and engineering professionals.

During the webinar, we will explore frequently asked questions related to NESC rules, such as:

  • What is the clearance required from a power or communication line to a tree?
  • What are the clearance requirements for anchor guys (down guys) and span guys? How do they apply to the electric supply space, communication space, and communication worker safety zone?
  • What are the NESC requirements for fiber-optic cables in the supply space?

This webinar is eligible for PDH or Continuing Education credit. To earn credit, you must attend the live webinar and complete the form we’ll provide at the conclusion.
