IKE Office Pro licenses are now required to make edits or export or import in some departments. In these departments, without a license you can still view the data.

Having a license in one department does not necessarily mean you will be licensed in all departments. Not all departments require licenses. Users are generally licensed on an organization or company level so you could have a license for the departments that belong to one company, but not have a license to edit in departments that belong to another company.

If you need a license, please contact an admin at your organization.
