Get Support: Request support from your IKE or your phone
Users can submit a request for customer support directly from the IKE Field settings on the IKE device.
If you do not have Wi-Fi available on the device, you can scan the QR code to request support from your smart phone.
How to Request Support
1. Tap the top left menu and select “Get Support”
3. Tap orange button “Request Support” or scan QR code with your smartphone’s camera
4. The Submit a request form will open. Please fill out the most pertinent information (device serial number and a brief description of the issue) and select “Submit” at the bottom of the form.
