At ikeGPS, we rigorously test our supported browsers to ensure IKE Office retains complete functionality for every software update we deploy.

How often do we release IKE Office updates?

Each update is fully tested in the above browsers prior to being released to all users. We release an update for IKE Office every 1-2 months. All release notes can be viewed at our Release Notes Feed.

Unsupported Browsers

Unsupported means that ikeGPS has not tested to see if all IKE Office functionality works as expected in the browser. You can use an unsupported browser with IKE Office, but it is possible that some functionality may be lost.

However, we specifically advise against using Internet Explorer browser with IKE Office. Google Maps API is not supported for use with Internet Explorer, therefore users may see a blank map if they use IKE Office with Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer will be completely retired by Microsoft on June 15, 2022.

IKE Office on Mobile Devices

IKE Office is not optimized for mobile use.
